Dr. Wallace Wilkins
Wally has delivered training programs for the State of Washington, the United States Postal Service, the Boeing Company, Microsoft, Nintendo, and the Washington State Medical Association. Globally, he has served organizations in Canada, Russia, Ukraine, Chile and Malaysia. He is a Master Trainer and Senior Consultant for the Resolution Resource Center. His coaching strategies often focus on reducing aggressive-disruptive behavior. Wally speaks and writes about powerful strategies for individuals and organizations to create low-stress, low-conflict, and high achievement. As a Seattle-based clinical psychologist, he maintains an independent practice serving people with stress, behavior problems, mood problems (e.g., anger, anxiety, depression), and chemical dependencies.
Wally is a graduate of the University of Washington and holds a Ph.D. degree in psychology. He is a licensed psychologist in the State of Washington, currently serving as a clinical psychologist, conflict mediator, and leadership coach. Prior to working as a counselor and consultant, Wally held several academic positions where his responsibilities included organization development, training program administration, research, and graduate and undergraduate teaching. Wally has over 40 publications in peer-reviewed journals and over 30 presentations at professional meetings on stress prevention, conflict mediation, organizational advancement, and psychological treatments.
