Mariko Harman, MBA

Mariko is an executive coach and organizational psychology practitioner who helps leaders and teams leverage the science of psychology to drive meaningful change in the workplace. She partners with organizations to strengthen collaboration, rebuild trust, and create environments where people can do their best work—particularly in moments of complexity, growth, and tension.
With a background in strategic planning and advisory work, she brings a systems-level perspective to organizational challenges, while helping leaders identify underlying patterns. A former U.S. Marine, Mariko is known for her grounded, direct approach and her ability to bring clarity to complex situations.
She holds an MBA from Seattle University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Seattle Pacific University. She speaks at conferences on leadership and organizational psychology, and her research has been published in The Journal of Psychology and Theology.
