Mariko Harman, MBA

Staff Consultant

An executive coach and I-O psychology consultant, Mariko helps leaders and teams grow through evidence-based approaches grounded in the science of psychology. A former U.S. Marine with experience in advisory and strategic planning, she brings both discipline and curiosity to helping people navigate complexity with clarity and humility.

Mariko is highly effective working across cultures and coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds—including first-generation professionals, women in leadership, and former military. Her work is guided by cultural humility, which she defines as “an opportunity to leave the person you were to become a person enriched by another.” She helps leaders strengthen collaboration, inclusion, and the capacity to repair and rebuild trust.

Mariko speaks at conferences on leadership and organizational psychology. Her doctoral research at Seattle Pacific University centers on workplace dignity. She has been published in The Journal of Psychology and Theology.
